How To Order
You may place Regular Orders (4 week processing time) or any Rush Orders (Extra Rush: 5 days, 2 Week Rush) on our shopping cart.

Phone Orders
We encourage everyone to place their order using our secure shopping cart. By placing your order in this way, you receive many benefits - faster processing of your order, email confirmation of your order as you have entered it into the system, email notification with tracking number informing you when your order actually ships, less errors in ordering and creates your personal database of orders that you have placed. Sorry we do not accept phone orders.
Regular Orders: We will begin to process your order when it is received. All orders are considered a custom order made just for you to your specifications, based on the options you choose. Your order will ship in approximately 4 weeks from the date of your order, unless you choose the Rush order option. Orders received after 12:00 noon CST will be dated as an incoming order as of the next day. You must add the shipping time to the 4 week processing time.
Rush Orders: For all Rush orders, we count business days which means you may need to add for holidays or the weekend when calculating the day your order will ship. Orders received after 12:00 noon CST will be dated as an incoming order as of the next day. Extra Rush Orders we will ship your order on the 5th full business day. For Regular Rush (2 week) orders, we will ship your order within 14 days. You must add shipping time to the rush processing time.
